Nature educator Kristy Brauch Clougherty of the UC Master Gardener program discusses the symbiotic relationship between plants and insects and some of the common things people do that can disrupt the cycle. The presentation explores native and non-native plants, moths, butterflies, and more, and highlights ways that individuals can participate in “citizen science” to assist with pollinator research.
Held in the Ahmanson Classroom, Brody Botanical Center.
