For our November meeting, Susan Sullivan presented Out of Your Gourds!

You would not believe what you can do with gourds! But luckily we had Susan at our meeting to explain. Susan is from the California Gourd Society and discussed how fun it is to grow gourds (which there are many of) and displayed examples of how artists and crafters utilize gourds to make interesting art objects, musical instruments and craft items.

Attendees enjoyed some warm gourd soup and mulled cider.
