One of Malibu’s hidden treasures is the Inner Gardens Malibu. It is a gardener’s botanical wonder. The Malibu Garden Club will tour the Inner Gardens on Thursday February 2nd at 11 AM. It is located at 6432 Busch Drive, about one block north of Pacific Coast Highway at Busch.
After touring the Inner Gardens, we are going to have a special luncheon at Spruzzo. It is a fixed price luncheon for only $20 to each member (which includes tax and tip) payable upon entering the restaurant. The three main courses you can choose from are Chicken Marsala, Petrale Sole or Grilled Atlantic Salmon. They come with mashed potatoes and sautéed vegetables. For an appetizer, there is bruschetta. For your salad you can have a chopped salad or a Greek salad. For drinks, you can have water or iced tea.
We will sit at the tables and booths on the right side of the restaurant and or if it’s nice, you can sit out on the deck overlooking the ocean.
This offer is only available to Malibu Garden Club members. The deadline for RSVPing to attend will be extended to Wednesday February 1. If you are not a member, you can join by paying your $40 dues online on our website and attend this function and others in the future.
Look forward to seeing you on Thursday, February 2nd.
Summary of the event
I wanted to share with you some feedback we received from our most recent Malibu Garden Club event from member Elena Boulter.
The lunch at Spruzzos was a deliciously served surprise, for only $20 dollars, and they didn’t cut back on the portions, good food and service, what more can I say. Bravo! Mr.and Mrs. Gessford”
